Yes, you are right - we will answer your call also on Sundays and Holidays! As experience shows, 90% of all questions can be solved over the phone. Apart from that, we offer remote-support for your systems and can remotely service it.
Up to date ... Our service of course includes much more than phone support. Your will be thoroughly trained, so that you can effectively use the system from the first day on. We keep you up-to-date of development with regular information, training and seminars.
Warranty & Maintenance Our 'service flat rate' of course also includes regular software updates, remote support and phone support. Our service concept is entirely transparent and clearly designed. No hidden clauses or costs... We do not make our money with service... Opposed to many other companies in this sector!
